Participation in Daily Elimination Competitions is restricted to users who:

  • Hold an active subscription

  • Provide accurate registration details
  • Comply with all platform rules

Brainteaser reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

2.2 Competition Format

Competition structure may include:

  • Limited number of qualifiers

All competition decisions are final.

2.3 Qualification Rules

3.1 Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle.

3.2 Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation:

  • Stops future billing
  • Does not refund the current billing period
  • Allows access until the end of the paid term

3.3 Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where:

  • Required by applicable law
  • Duplicate payment occurs
  • Billing error is confirmed

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

3.4 Promotional Offers

Discounts and promotional pricing are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Brainteaser is committed to maintaining a fair competitive environment.

Users must not:

  • Use automated software or bots
  • Share answers during active competition
  • Use multiple accounts
  • Reverse engineer systems
  • Attempt to manipulate scoring
  • Exploit software bugs

Monitoring methods may include:

  • Behavioural analysis
  • Activity tracking
  • Device monitoring
  • Manual review

Violations may result in:

  • Score invalidation
  • Competition disqualification
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent account termination

Severe violations may lead to legal action.

Certain features require users to be at least 18 years old.
